Housing Market Recognizes Outstanding Companies
For Their Industry Service
The Tennessee Manufactured Housing Association (TMHA) announced annual awards during the recently held 2007 Annual Meeting & Charitable Event, in Mt Juliet, Tennessee, on June 21, 2007. These recognitions are awarded annually for outstanding service and tireless dedication to the manufactured housing industry through support of the TMHA, their Board of Directors, members and customers; and for support of the Tennessee Manufactured Housing Foundation (TMHF), an organization dedicated to assisting Tennesseans.
Companies and the awards presented are as follows:
Affordable Housing Resources of Nashville, received Builder/Developer of the Year; 21st Mortgage Finance of Knoxville, received Finance/Insurance of the Year; Bennett Truck Transport, LLC of Haleyville, Alabama re-ceived Installer/Transporter of the Year; Blevins, Inc of Nashville received Service/Supplier of the Year; the Ten-nessee Valley Authority received Non-Industry Partner of the Year; Stan’s Home Center of Humboldt received Retailer of the Year; Allentown Community of Memphis received Community of the Year; and Clayton Homes of Knoxville received Manufacturer of the Year.
Specialty awards included The Home Center of Henderson for Best TV Commercial of the Year; Arrowhead Home Sales of Paris for Most Picturesque Retail Center; and Allentown Community for Most Picturesque Community. The Most Picturesque Consumer Home was awarded to homeowners Jack and Diane Odom of Quebeck; their selling consultant, Krystal Clarke of McMinnville; the retail center serving was Meadows Homes of McMinnville; and the home manufacturer/builder was Modular One of Pulaski.
TMHF service awards included an Individual Award given to Mike Wagoner of Lafayette, for his dedication and service to the
Foundation; and the Team Building Award was given to Fleetwood Homes of Gallatin, for the many employees which have donated time and services to the Foundation.Congratulations to all of this year’s award winners, with great thanks for your dedication and service to the home-owners of Tennessee!
